Such a great app

Wonderful interface, even the app logo is easy on the eyes. User friendly, concise, and surprisingly effective! Its so easy to just press the middle button and add food/exercise/etc. I find it better than myfitnesspal since the food choices and portions arent so overwhelming, plus not nearly as many ads that I accidentally click on. Exercise options are very varied and fairly accurate. And it even reminds me to drink water!!

Not what I thought but love it

I absolutely love the app!! Its wonderful for keeping me on track with calories and nutrient distribution for every meal!! My only complaint is I thought I was getting customizable by macros when I downloaded it and theres no option. Im thinking of cancelling the paid version. Theres really not that great of a difference to pay for it.

not quite

I love the interface and how things are organized. The deal breaker for me is that important features like Fitbit synchronization are locked behind a subscription. I wouldnt mind a one time purchase, or even perhaps better tiered subscriptions. As it is I suggest trying something else.

Great!!!... But...

This app is absolutely spectacular for tracking weight water, calories eaten, exercise, everything. But please, please please please... The Apple Watch complication is absolutely worthless! This could/should be something like remaining calories, or anything but the little man icon telling me how much energy I should have...

Things to fix in next update

This app has a lot of positive qualities and great potential. I have had a lot of success losing weight since this app sets a daily caloric intake goal for you based on your current weight, your goal weight, and the amount of time you want to lose the weight in. I also like being able input recipes and meals that I make often so theyre easy to track. There is also a good database of foods and their calories. Something I could do without is the grading scale. The app gives you a grade from A (good) to E (bad) for each meal, and I find the grades it gives rather arbitrary. For example, it gives an egg an E grade. I feel like the grades are given based on healthy eating trends and not on actual nutrition science.

Fantastic way to check your eating patterns!

I had no idea how much of anything I was eating, just worked out and kept moderate eating habits. This site has helped me realize how little protein I eat. Ive been using the free version for about a month and Im going to upgrade.

Amazing

Best health app out there period! The choices in diet are perfect and so essential because not everyone can follow the same diet plan. I have gluten allergies and I tend to eat more fat than carbs . This app rocks my life

Are you kidding?!

A 61 question "health preference" test? With no opt out?!! How about spending time updating the food log entry choices so we dont have to deal with garbage like "1 one serving" because of limited "portion" options. If i can find an alternative food logger, Im done with this.

Good app

This app would be a five if it would show net carbs.

Lazy updates

Pros: Great design, thought through UX. Cons: very weak food database with Whole Foods not represented at all, very slow updates and tons of bugs. The new Friends feature simply doesnt work and wont allow me to add stuff to my diary. After several months of using the app I dont recommend it — good design doesnt fix horrible bugs and pathetic food database.

Awesomeness

This app is awesome. It helped me a lot. It is a must get.

Meh

Designed by committee, slow update cycle, and youll have to spend some of your own time to improve the database. But the sad truth is that other food loggers are even worse. So just by virtue of sucking less then the others, this is your app to go with if you are looking for a way to track your net calories and to balance your diet.

Getting better

Food database still needs to be expanded. By far the best home screen and pleasing to my eye.

Simple, easy calorie tracking

This is a great app for simple and easy calorie tracking. Theyve done a good job getting big food brands in their app for more accurate tracking. I dont agree with how they add calories back into your diet after working out but really thats my only criticism. I cant really even complain there because without paying for the service its more a personal calorie tracker than anything and its great for that. The water reminders are awesome too!

LOVE IT.

Its amazing. I think that if you are looking to get healthier or lose weight or both you should use this app. Great for keeping track and will tell you how many calories you need to eat lose weight.
