This app has a lot of positive qualities and great potential. I have had a lot of success losing weight since this app sets a daily caloric intake goal for you based on your current weight, your goal weight, and the amount of time you want to lose the weight in. I also like being able input recipes and meals that I make often so theyre easy to track. There is also a good database of foods and their calories.
Something I could do without is the grading scale. The app gives you a grade from A (good) to E (bad) for each meal, and I find the grades it gives rather arbitrary. For example, it gives an egg an E grade. I feel like the grades are given based on healthy eating trends and not on actual nutrition science.
