Perfect for weight training
This app is cheap but so useful. Allows you to easily track all the food you eat broken down into protein, carbs, fat, sodium and fiber.
Ideal for making sure I get the right amount of protein (lots) and carbs (little) to make the most of hitting the weights.
Good history tracking, great database and new foods are easy to input.
Ability to see full breakdown of protein and carbs per day in grams (currently percent only) would be useful.
Highly recommended.
