Now, its not taking my exercises out of the calories I ate, its ridiculous. I make a hard training, so get hungry and eat more and as a result, all my days are red! Whats the point?
Ok, I said before that after an evening training, its telling me to eat 1000 calories more at 11 pm, its ridiculous too, but having all my days red is more like discouraging..
